Scarlet Woman Lodge, Ordo Templi Orientis
Founder and original Lodge Master of Scarlet Woman Lodge, Ordo Templi Orientis. Soon after moving to Austin, Tx in 1992, assembled a small group and we started a Camp-In-Formation. We were officially chartered as a Camp in 1993, raised to Oasis in '95, and re-chartered as a Lodge in 1997. Lodge Mastership successfully passed in May of 2000, now a group of appoximately 100 people.
DUTIES
Event scheduling, fund raising, record keeping, reporting, dispute resolution, counseling, dramatic ritual performance, publicity, publication management, and organization.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Produced Io Pan Jam, a camping/outdoor cultural festival
Produced the Hermes Bazaar, an arts fair and entertainment festival
Produced the prototype for the Kaaba Colloquium
Produced 7 year cycle of the Rites of Eleusis
Produced hundreds of initiatory events
Produced 100s of public performances of the Gnostic Mass, OTO's central ritual.

Operating a small service business for over a decade, including management of multiple contractors, in services to a few hundred local families. Responsible for all advertising, marketing, and day to day operation.
I've learned a lot about interspecies communication and bonding, and that animals certainly have higher consciousness, and I've learned a certain humility around our place at or near the top of the food chain, and what that means in terms of compassion and our humanity.
